The first weekend in September, the first Mighty Men Western Cape conference took place on a farm just outside Robertson. After months of meetings, planning, and a lot of prayer and mammoth physical effort to prepare the land and spread the word, the lives of approximately 5000 men were impacted and transformed by our Heavenly Father - Praise His Name!
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity! Psalm 133:1
Right from the beginning we (as part of the interdenominational organizing committee) took hands with the Body of Christ, to work together in unity. Under guidance of His Spirit, it was decided that the focus will be on fathers and sons, due to the fact that fatherlessness was rampant in many communities around us. Our vision is to lead men, fathers and sons, to repent, in order to be revived and restored by our Heavenly Father so that they can become the kings, priests and prophets in their own homes and lives, and step into their Godly callings. While the first 2 days of the conference was focused on men and fatherless youth, the wives, women and children could join on Sunday for a special, anointed worship, fellowship and ministry session in His presence.
"And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers..." Mal 4:6a
We give God all the glory for what He has done this year, and look forward to a mighty harvest of souls and move of God during the Mighty Men Western Cape Conference in 2025.
