About

Harvest School is a Spirit-filled hands-on missions school that trains, equips and sends out radical lovers of Jesus to the ends of the earth.

God is calling His sons and daughters to GO into ALL the earth, that His house may be full! Iris Harvest School of Missions is preparation for harvesting the nations. For this purpose, Iris Global is offering this international missions training intensive, with the potential option of a placement opportunity at an Iris Asia location at the end of the course. We invite you to come and be trained on the field to love and learn from the poor.

There is a new breed of missionaries being released across the earth, transparent saints with hearts beating in rhythm with their King Jesus, carrying His glory across the earth. Fearless, laid-down lovers who know a love that has no boundaries and are ready to run into the darkest places of the earth—lavishing love on the lost, the dying, the poor and the broken. Jesus came with constant love for both the one and the masses. Now we must do the same: stop for the one, but believe for the multitudes.

The Phnom Penh School

Here at Iris Phnom Penh, we believe the only way to see true, lasting transformation is through sharing the Gospel and discipleship. Community transformation starts when the hearts of people are transformed. We believe in making disciples and raising up disciple makers.

In the communities we serve, we fight to end human trafficking, exploitation and abuse, by transforming communities through love, relationship, and support. We take a loving and holistic approach to the prevention of human trafficking and abuse, by protecting and empowering those in the most vulnerable and impoverished communities. Our approach endeavors to address human trafficking in its entirety by reaching individuals, families, and communities through providing support physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Throughout this school you will have the opportunity to love and serve in communities that are in need of Gospel transformation and in areas where we already have an active presence. Places where we hold kids clubs, adult discipleship classes, and reach people in practical ways through our social work teams. You will also have the chance to spend time in our prayer room, located in the heart of the red light district. Some of you may go on outreaches into the red-light area, do street evangelism and some of you will pour into, learn from, and empower local Cambodians who are doing this work on the front lines every day.

We believe that the “Kingdom of God is family” and that it is crucial to create family wherever God leads you. We try to reflect this through our leadership style, team dynamics, and in the communities we serve. We hope this is something you will also carry with you to the places where the Holy Spirit leads you. Our prayer for this school is that we raise up believers to go out into the world, equipped to confidently share the Gospel and make disciples of nations.

You are invited to come!

With much love in Jesus,

Rolland & Heidi Baker
